:: RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY ::

We make returns easy!

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 7 days (of delivery for telephone/web orders) for a full refund, less any applicable shipping costs.

Returns will only be authorized for items that have not been washed, worn, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition and all tags must remain attached

Please note, merchandise returned after 7 days will only be processed in-store for store credit at its current selling price.

The original sales receipt is required for all such transactions. All clearance sale purchases (including temporary promotional purchases), as well as shaving tools and undergarment purchases are final sale.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To return or exchange fine jewelry please ship with Return Signature Required.

When returning a gift, you have two options:

Return the item via mail and receive a web credit to be utilized for future purchases at MARQSMEN.com, or return the item to the MARQSMEN Bellevue Square store and receive a gift card to be utilized for future purchases at MARQSMEN.

:: GIFT CARDS ::

MARQSMEN Gift Cards do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable at MARQSMEN Bellevue Square or through telephone orders of web merchandise. Simply present your Gift Card to any salesperson at the time of purchase. If purchasing via telephone order, your Gift Card must have a pin number.

Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value only with the original sales reciept or invoice.

:: PRICE ADJUSTMENTS ::

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single purchase) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 7 days of a price adjustment.

This includes permanent sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items.

 

We will also gladly match any competitors stated price OR coupon discount. Simply give us a call and we will match or BEAT the price found elsewhere. We reserve the right to rescind this offer if the discounted price is reduced below 60% of the regular price as this is considered a clearance price.

All standard shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped via parcel post.

Orders placed by 12PM Eastern will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12PM Eastern will be shipped the following business day.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees. Shipping rates for international orders incur an additional US$55.00 fee.

Sales tax of 8.9% is applied to orders where MARQSMEN has a physical presence, which is in Washington State.
